宁德博士主要使用中子衍射、X射线衍射和X射线吸收谱等表征方法,通过研究锂离子电池、钠离子电池和燃料电池中相关电极材料的近邻和平均原子结构信息,分析材料的离子传输机理,推动新能源电池的产业化应用。已在Nature Communications、Energy Storage Materials、 Advanced Functional Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Chemistry of Materials、Nano Energy等国际知名期刊上发表文章50余篇;申请发明专利13余项;并应邀多次在国际学术大会上做主题报告。2020年入选深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀计划”(C类)。宁德博士注重科研成果的转化和应用,致力于新材料工艺和技术方案的研发、应用和推广,相关产品和技术广泛应用于医疗、新能源、集成电路和平板显示领域。带领团队,在第一届全国博士后创新创业大赛全国总决赛中获得优胜奖;在第十届创青春创业大赛全国总决赛中获得金奖。
