邵龑,男,博士,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院博士后兼助理研究员。2019年6月复旦大学微电子学院获得理学博士学位。2019年7月加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院开始研究工作。主要从事半导体薄膜的制备与表征、半导体光电器件的制备以及新型半导体光电器件的设计与研发等。已在IEEE T. Electron. Dev.,Nanoscale Res. Lett.,RSC Adv.等国际杂志发表学术论文近10篇。
